2022 Assessment

The 2022 annual assessment is $264, due March 1, 2022. Late fees will generate March 31 if payment has not been received or other arrangements made. 

To check your balance, please visit the owner portal HERE.

You may pay by a:

1. One-time payment on the direct bank link HERE.

Debit, Credit and Bank Account payments are accepted. You will need:

- The Management ID – 6988
- The Association ID - RCM
- Your property account number

NOTE: We are working on linking the Owner Portal and the Alliance Portal so you will have a single sign- on in the future. 

2. One-time mailed check to:

NOTE: Please make checks payable to Rock Creek HOA and make sure to note your account number or property address.

 

3. Automatic Payment:

If you would like to sign up for future recurring automatic payments (ACH), please log into the homeowner portal at https://portal.cchoapros.com/Home_v2/Login.

NOTE: You will still need to submit a separate payment by one of the above options for the 2022 payment prior to setting up the ACH, as the ACH has already processed for those who had previously signed up.

RCHOA sponsors ~ 5 / 6 community events per year, including: Spring Fling, Movie Nights (3), and Octoberfest.

Enforcement

There is an estimated 1.5 billion real estate value in Rock Creek  - a figure that continues to grow through the careful stewardship and protection of RCHOA.

Trash & 
Recycling

RCHOA provides weekly trash, recycling and compost services to our owners. See the Trash and Recycling page for more info.

Architectural
Control

Superior is a beautiful place to live and raise a family. The esthetic of our neighborhood is protected by RCHOA though our Architectural Control Committee.

Board Meeting

The board of directors is an elected body of owners who volunteer their time to review and enforce policy. This group commissions the ACC, hires the management company and has ultimate responsibility for the HOA.

Couple and Architect

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a group of volunteers that  review and evaluate owner improvement requests against RCHOA policies. They also spearhead ACC-related policy reviews.

The day to day business of our association and interactions with members is handled by our management company, Cherry Creek HOA Professionals.

ABOUT

Rock Creek is a master-planned community located in Superior, Colorado (Boulder County).

 

The Town of Superior was established in 1896.

Nestled within the hills of this historic coal mining town, the master planned community of Rock Creek began development in 1987.

In the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, today this community boasts:
