The 2022 annual assessment is $264, due March 1, 2022. Late fees will generate March 31 if payment has not been received or other arrangements made.

If you would like to sign up for future recurring automatic payments (ACH), please log into the homeowner portal at https://portal.cchoapros.com/Home_v2/Login.
NOTE: You will still need to submit a separate payment by one of the above options for the 2022 payment prior to setting up the ACH, as the ACH has already processed for those who had previously signed up.

The board of directors is an elected body of owners who volunteer their time to review and enforce policy. This group commissions the ACC, hires the management company and has ultimate responsibility for the HOA.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a group of volunteers that review and evaluate owner improvement requests against RCHOA policies. They also spearhead ACC-related policy reviews.
