Architectural
Control
Superior is a beautiful place to live and raise a family. The esthetic of our neighborhood is protected by RCHOA though our Architectural Control Committee.
The board of directors is an elected body of owners who volunteer their time to review and enforce policy. This group commissions the ACC, hires the management company and has ultimate responsibility for the HOA.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a group of volunteers that review and evaluate owner improvement requests against RCHOA policies. They also spearhead ACC-related policy reviews.
The day to day business of our association and interactions with members is handled by our management company, 5150 Community Management.
