
Annual Assessment​​

The 2021 annual assessment will be $264 / lot / year, due March 1, 2021, late if received after March 31, 2021.
Statements and payment information will be mailed to each homeowner via USPS no later than February 15, 2021. Homeowners may log into their portals to view the balance and pay online if they wish to pay early.
A copy of the 2021 Budget is available on the owner portal under "Documents".

Billing statements will be mailed in February 2021 and payment options will be posted here in the new year.

Services

The board of directors is an elected body of owners who volunteer their time to review and enforce policy. This group commissions the ACC, hires the management company and has ultimate responsibility for the HOA.

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a group of volunteers that review and evaluate owner improvement requests against RCHOA policies. They also spearhead ACC-related policy reviews.

The day to day business of our association and interactions with members is handled by our management company, Grand Manors.
