If you have a daughter interested in playing softball this spring, Monarch Little League is currently hold registration for girls 6 to 16 years old. No experience is required. Register now for the spring season at www.monarchlittleleague.org. Last year, the girl’s team for 10 and 11 year olds won the district and state championship.

Board of Directors and ACC Committee Openings

Grant Jacobs has announced that he will be resigning from the Rock Creek Master HOA Board of Directors effective January 5, 2010 as he and his wife have sold their house in Rock Creek. Grant's service to the HOA for the past six years has been greatly appreciated and he will be missed.

The Board of Directors has recently met and elected Steve Smith as the new HOA President to fill the vacancy left by Grant Jacobs. Ian Elverson was elected Secretary to fill the vacancy left by Steve Smith. The Board will be appointing a new board member at the January 28 Board Meeting. Grant's resignation will also leave an opening on the Architectural Control (ACC) Committee. Residents interested in serving either on the Board of Directors or on the ACC committee are encouraged to contact Aspen Management at manager@aspenhoa.com or 720.259.0904 to submit a letter of interest as soon as possible.

Annual Assessment for Rock Creek Master HOA

The 2010 Annual Assessment for the Rock Creek Master HOA will be $189.75. Homeowners will be invoiced in February and the assessment will be due in March. Please make sure that your correct mailing information is on file with the HOA. To make updates to your mailing information, you may return the information request form which was sent with your annual meeting notice or email manager@aspenhoa.com.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Meeting

Tuesday, February 23rd, 6:00 PM at Town of Superior Bungalow, 122 William St, Superior

The ACC Committee will meet to review applications from homeowners wishing to make exterior changes to their properties. In order to submit an application for approval, please complete and return the ACC Review Application to Aspen Management by Monday, February 22nd at noon. You will be notified of the committee's decision within a week of the meeting.

Thursday, February 25th, 6:00 PM at Town of Superior Bungalow, 122 William St, Superior

Residents are invited to attend board meetings of the Rock Creek Master HOA. If you have an item you would like to discuss with the board, please contact Aspen Management at manager@aspenhoa.com or 720.259.0904.
