ACC Approvals
Posted on Jul 21, 2010  Comments (0)
Just a reminder that as a Rock Creek homeowner, you must obtain approval from the ACC Committee to make exterior changes to your home before work begins, regardless of what contractors and other vendors may tell you.  This includes work such as roofing, painting, decks & patios, landscaping, including planting of new trees, and installation of windows, garage doors, etc.  ACC Request forms can be found on the Documents link on this website.  If you are unsure of whether a particular project requires ACC approval, please contact Aspen Management at manager@aspenhoa.com or 720.259.0904.  Thank you!

Graffiti
Posted on Jul 19, 2010  Comments (0)
To report graffiti you come across in town, call Town Hall at 303-499-3675 to report it. If you have to leave a message, be as descriptive as possible about where it is located so town staff can find it. It is the goal of the town to remove graffiti within 24 hours of it being reported.

If you see someone in the act of defacing town (or private) property, call 911. DO NOT confront the person yourself.
