Countryside Asset Management is Moving

Effective Monday, September 15, 2014 the office will be located at and the new name will be:

Our phone and fax numbers will remain the same 303/530-0700.  On September 22, 2014 the URL for our email address will change to @havenpm.com.  So SMassier@csamc.com will become SMassier@havenpm.com.  You can view the details and FAQ's for these changes on the documents page of this website.
 
Roof and Storm Related Damage

Information for Roof Repair and Replacement Requests
 

Important for Assuring the Fastest Response:
1.  Please do NOT submit roofing material samples: indicate the roofing material, manufacturer, style of shingle, and color name on your request form.

2.  Make sure your email address is on the request form.
 
3.  Do not combine other projects/requests on the roofing request form – keep the roofing request form separate.

4.  Please download the current ACC Request form from the HOA website.
 
On the "Documents" page of this website, in the "Architectural" portion you will find a document entitled "Roof and other Storm Related Repairs & Replacements".  This document will provide detailed information regarding what you need to know and how you can proceed with submitting an ACC form.

ACC Approvals

Just a reminder that as a Rock Creek homeowner, you must obtain written approval from the ACC Committee to make any exterior changes to your home or lot before work begins, regardless of what contractors and other vendors may tell you, and regardless of any Town permits. This includes work such as roofing, painting, decks & patios, walks and driveways, landscaping (including planting of trees), room additions, and installation of windows, front doors and garage doors, solar panels, sheds and play structures etc.  ACC Request forms can be found on the Documents link on this website. Allow up to 30 days for the complete process, although most requests will be answered within one week of the meeting or within three weeks of receipt of the completed request if between meetings. Final approval must be in writing. If you are unsure of whether a particular project requires ACC approval, please contact Haven Property Managers & Advisors at manager@csamc.com or 303.530.0700.  Thank you!

This box is checked twice weekly.  Due to the volume of applications for each meeting, ACC's MUST be received by Haven Property Managers & Advisors (formerly Countryside) by 12:00 pm the Thursday prior to the meeting in order to be reviewed.

Architectural Review Committee Meeting
Tuesday, September 23rd, 6:00 PM

The Rock Creek Architectural Review Committee holds their meetings at Rocky Mountain Fire Station #5 located at 2701 South Indiana Street.

Homeowners who would like to attend the meeting should enter through the northwest door.
 
 
Board of Directors Meeting
Thursday, September 25th, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Meetings are held at the Rocky Mountain Fire Station No. 5 located at 2701 South Indiana Street. Homeowners should use the northwest door of the Fire Station to enter the meeting room.

All homeowners are welcome to attend.

If you have a specific concern that you yould like the Board to address, please contact Shanna Massier at Countryside Asset Management- 303/530-0700 ext. 123 or SMassier@CSAMC.com so that you can be added to the meeting agenda.
