2014 Annual Assessment - $204.00

The Rock Creek Master Homeowners Association 2014 Annual Assessment is $204.00.  The Assessment amount has decreased due in part to the cancellation of the RecycleBank portion of the trash and recycle contract.

Homeowners should have already received their billing statement in the mail.  If you have not, please contact Countryside Asset Management immediately.  Payments are due on March 1, 2014 and are considered late if not received before March 31, 2014.

Checks should be made payable to the "Rock Creek Master Homeowners Association", and if possible should include your account number that will appear on the statement.  Your account number begins with RCK and is followed by 4 digits. If you own multiple properties in Rock Creek, please mail checks with their coupons in separate envelopes to ensure proper processing. Please make sure your payments are mailed to:

ACC Approvals
Posted on Jul 25th, 2013
Just a reminder that as a Rock Creek homeowner, you must obtain written approval from the ACC Committee to make any exterior changes to your home or lot before work begins, regardless of what contractors and other vendors may tell you, and regardless of any Town permits. This includes work such as roofing, painting, decks & patios, walks and driveways, landscaping (including planting of trees), room additions, and installation of windows, front doors and garage doors, solar panels, sheds and play structures etc.  ACC Request forms can be found on the Documents link on this website. Allow up to 30 days for the complete process, although most requests will be answered within one week of the meeting or within three weeks of receipt of the completed request if between meetings. Final approval must be in writing. If you are unsure of whether a particular project requires ACC approval, please contact Countryside Asset Management at manager@csamc.com or 303.530.0700.  Thank you!
