2017 Assessment Due March 1

It’s that time of year again! Your annual dues assessment statement has been mailed and is due on March 1. Please contact HAVEN Property Managers & Advisors at 303/530-0700 or if you have not received your statement.

At the August 25, 2016 Board of Directors meeting, President Steve Smith announced his resignation as he is moving from Rock Creek.  Steve and his family have lived in the Rock Creek Community for over 15 years and Steve has served three terms on the Board of Directors.  His presence, leadership and influence will be missed.
Steve was instrumental in organizing the holiday toy drive each year, helped to negotiate the trash and management contracts, worked closely with the event planner as a volunteer as well as played multiple roles in Superior athletics and the Boulder Valley School District.
Upon accepting Steve's resignation, the Board of Directors voted unanimously to appoint Jim Paine to serve as interim President.
We know that you join us in wishing Steve Smith and his family all the best in their new community.

2016 Neighborhood Fence Maintenance Flyer

There are flyers (copy below) being posted throughout the Rock Creek Community regarding fence maintenance. These flyers and the company that is posting them are in no way associated with the Rock Creek Master Homeowners Association or the Association's management company, HAVEN Property Managers & Advisors. There is no obligation or expectation that any homeowner contact this company. 
In the event that the HOA would ever require you to perform any type of maintenance, including fence maintenance you would receive a Courtesy Notice sent by U.S. Mail.

Roof and Storm Related Damage

Information for Roof Repair and Replacement Requests

Important for Assuring the Fastest Response:
1.  Please do NOT submit roofing material samples: indicate the roofing material, manufacturer, style of shingle, and color name on your request form.

2.  Make sure your email address is on the request form.
3.  Do not combine other projects/requests on the roofing request form – keep the roofing request form separate.

4.  Please download the current ACC Request form from the HOA website.
On the "Documents" page of this website, in the "Architectural" portion you will find a document entitled "Roof and other Storm Related Repairs & Replacements".  This document will provide detailed information regarding what you need to know and how you can proceed with submitting an ACC form.

ACC Approvals

Just a reminder that as a Rock Creek homeowner, you must obtain written approval from the ACC Committee to make any exterior changes to your home or lot before work begins, regardless of what contractors and other vendors may tell you, and regardless of any Town permits. This includes work such as roofing, painting, decks & patios, walks and driveways, landscaping (including planting of trees), room additions, and installation of windows, front doors and garage doors, solar panels, sheds and play structures etc.  ACC Request forms can be found on the Documents link on this website. Allow up to 30 days for the complete process, although most requests will be answered within one week of the meeting or within three weeks of receipt of the completed request if between meetings. Final approval must be in writing. If you are unsure of whether a particular project requires ACC approval, please contact Haven Property Managers & Advisors at or 303.530.0700.  Thank you!

This event is for adult homeowners of Rock Creek and is free of charge with the exception of
an optional cash bar.  Must be 21 years of age and have a valid ID to attend.
Homeowners/residents of Rock Creek that register with the link below before 12:00 PM on November 2, 2017 will receive a free drink ticket at the door.  Homeowners are welcome to bring a guest, but only Rock Creek residents will receive a free drink ticket.
