This year's annual budget ratification meeting will be held virtually on Thursday November 19 @ 6p (mountain time) via Google Meet. You can RSVP for the meeting here to receive an invite.
Official, mailed notice of the meeting as well as proxy forms will be sent to all members in the coming days.
Voting
Because the meeting is virtual, members will have two options related to voting for board seats:

Submit a paper ballot to the management company via mail or personal delivery.

Vote online via votehoanow.com.

All members with an email on file (90+%) will receive their e-ballot prior to Wednesday November 05 at 12p (mountain time). If your email is not on file, or if you have not received your e-ballot by 11/05/2020, please contact manager@rockcreekhoa.com.
One one vote (physical or electronic) will be allowed per property, as always.
