RATIFICATION OF PROPOSED 2020 BUDGET
“My name is Darius Baer. My wife and I have been homeowners in Rock Creek since 1995. I spent my career as a statistician/analytic consultant, which makes me a numbers person with the ability to easily see patterns in data. These analytic skills will help the HOA board manage the budget to keep maximum benefits with the available funds. My goal is to ensure that homes and properties are well kept and meet reasonable guidelines such that all residents can enjoy living in this community and to ensure that property values are maintained. The HOA board should respond quickly and with appropriate answers to questions and requests from homeowners. The HOA board should setup and encourage fun activities for HOA residents. I listen carefully and attentively to what others have to offer. Good communication begins with listening and finding compromise rather than dictating one’s opinions only.”
“I am asking for your vote for another term on the Rock Creek HOA Board of Directors. I have served as Secretary of the Board for the last 2 years. My family and I are 8-year residents of Rock Creek. My primary focus is to continue to ensure Rock Creek property values are maintained and to improve our community within the guidelines of our covenants and state laws. I believe in reasoned decision making with regards to all areas of Board responsibilities. I will continue to listen to owner concerns, treat all members with the same standard of fairness, and address challenges that face our community. I have work experience in the following areas: finance, accounting, telecom, management, business ownership, federal government, and education. Thank you.”
Renee O’Shea has owned her Rock Creek home since 2001 and has been an active Board Member for approximately 3 years.
My name is Jarvie Worcester, I am married to Kelly, and we have three daughters, Lucy, Abby and Reese. Since moving to Rock Creek in 2010, we have lived in four different houses (two rentals), experiencing different areas and aspects of the neighborhood. As we plan to live in our current house for a very long time, I would like to serve on the RC board to help to continue the progress previous boards have made in advancing RC as a premier neighborhood in Boulder County and in the state of Colorado.
