It’s that time of year again! Your annual dues assessment statement will be mailed in the beginning of February and is due on March 15. If you do not receive an invoice by mid-February, please contact Aspen Management at 720.259.0904 or manager@aspenhoa.com. It is important to make sure that your correct mailing information is on file with the management company so that your notices can be received in a timely manner and late fines and interest can be avoided.
The assessment amount for 2011 is $208.50. This covers shared expenses to the HOA including trash & recycling services, management, including covenant protection, newsletters, social events, and Director and Officer Liability insurance.
There are two ways you can pay your assessment this year:
Check
If mailing a check, please include your payment coupon and it is always a good idea to include your account number on your check. Your account number begins with RCK and is followed by 4 digits. If you own multiple properties in Rock Creek, we ask that you mail checks with their coupons in separate envelopes to ensure proper processing. Please make sure your payments are mailed to:

Payments mailed anywhere else may result in a late or non-payment on your account.
E-check/Credit Card
You can now pay via E-check or credit card. The online payments are handled by Community Associations Banc, a division of Mutual of Omaha Bank. Aspen Management is happy to walk you through making online payments or answer any questions you may have. Aspen Management can be reached at 720.259.0904 or manager@aspenhoa.com. To make an online payment, click on the appropriate button below. You will need your bill to properly fill out the online payment form.

Association Account Number: This is unique to your property and is located on your statement. It is RCK followed by 4 digits.
Please Be Aware:
- Community Associations Banc does not accept Visa.
- There will be a service fee to pay by credit card. The fee varies based on the amount you are paying. The web form for paying by credit card includes a table to show you how much the fee will be. If you are paying just the 2011 assessment of $208.50, your fee will be $10.
