As a homeowner in Rock Creek, you are responsible for paying your dues to the Master HOA in a timely manner in order to avoid additional fines and interest on your account with Rock Creek Master HOA. Payments are due March 15.
If you own a unit at the Summit at Rock Creek Townhomes: This annual assessment paid to Rock Creek Master HOA is separate from your monthly payments to the Summit at Rock Creek Townhomes Sub-Association.
