Grant Jacobs has announced that he will be resigning from the Rock Creek Master HOA Board of Directors effective January 5, 2010 as he and his wife have sold their house in Rock Creek. Grant's service to the HOA for the past six years has been greatly appreciated and he will be missed.
The Board of Directors has recently met and elected Steve Smith as the new HOA President to fill the vacancy left by Grant Jacobs. Ian Elverson was elected Secretary to fill the vacancy left by Steve Smith.
The Board will be appointing a new board member at the January 28 Board Meeting. Grant's resignation will also leave an opening on the Architectural Control (ACC) Committee. Residents interested in serving either on the Board of Directors or on the ACC committee are encouraged to contact Aspen Management at manager@aspenhoa.com or 720.259.0904 to submit a letter of interest as soon as possible.
The Board meets once a month, usually the last Thursday of the month in the evening, with occasional special meetings, the annual meeting, and the months of August & December off. The ACC Committee meets once a month in the winter months and twice during summer months. These meetings usually take place on Tuesday evenings.
