MEETINGS CALENDAR

ANNUAL MEETING OF HOMEOWNERS--November 13, 2008 at the Eldorado K-8 School from 6:00-8:00 pm. 

All Homeowners are encouraged to attend this meeting.  Please contact Aspen Management, LLC with any questions, or to obtain a proxy.

If you cannot attend the meeting, please endeavor to obtain a proxy from Aspen Management, LLC immediately.  Aspen's contact information is: 720.259.0904/ manager@aspenhoa.com.

ACC MEETINGS--The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meets once each month from October thru April, and the meeting is held on the Tuesday closest to the 15th of the month.

In May, June, July, August, and September, the ACC meets twice per month, on the Tuesday closest to the 1st of the month, and then 2 weeks thereafter.

To ensure that an ACC is reviewed at an ACC meeting, please be sure to have your ACC to Aspen Management, LLC no later than 5:00 pm on the day before the meeting.  Aspen's contact information is: 720.259.0904/ manager@aspenhoa.com.

BOARD MEETINGS--The Rock Creek Master HOA Board of Directors generally meets once every month, excluding December, on the last Thursday of each month. 

Homeowners are permitted to attend any Board meeting to discuss any HOA matter with the Board.  Should you desire to attend a Board meeting, please contact Aspen Management, LLC so that you can be placed on the agenda.  Aspen's contact information is: 720.259.0904/ manager@aspenhoa.com.
