A message from your HOA President.


Welcome to the official web site of the Rock Creek Master Homeowners Association.   Rock Creek is a community located in Superior, Colorado. The original town of Superior was established in 1896.   Nestled within the hills of this historic coal mining town, this master planned community of Rock Creek began development in 1987.    With the back drop of the Rocky Mountains, today this community boasts of:

It is the Mission of the Rock Creek Master Homeowners Association; through its Board of Directors to:

Respect and Treat Fairly its Members by enforcing Covenants and Architectural Review Standards in order to maintain the property values.  Promote Community Involvement by Sponsoring Neighborhood Events.  Provide for the Welfare and Safety of All who live in
